Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:45-6:45pm, Saturdays 9:15-10:15am

Fun, accessible beginning class - no experience necessary!. Learn the basics of Aikido - movement, philosophy, history. Learn to fall safely & get up gracefully. Learn to stay calm under pressure, get exercise, have fun! You may try the first week of classes free; after this the fee is $120 for the full 8-week class, $95 for 6 weeks only, or special introductory package of 8-week class, training uniform, and a 3rd month of unlimited classes, all for $185.
Visitors welcome, no charge to observe.
