Who: Dogs and cats belonging to guardians throughout Metro Richmond
What: Affordable microchipping clinic where all microchips cost only $20, which includes the lifetime registration for the chip
When: Monday, Nov. 8, 2010 from 4 to 7 p.m.
Where: First Floor of the Richmond SPCA's Robins-Starr Humane Center, 2519 Hermitage Road
Why: Guardians can protect their pets and better ensure that they are returned safely home if ever they become lost. Microchips provide dogs and cats with a permanent form of identification.
