Aerosmith continues to set the standard as one of the most popular hard rock bands around. Emerging from Boston in 1970, the band set the style and sound of hard rock and heavy metal for the next two decades with their raunchy, bluesy swagger. They were inducted into the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame in 2000.
