Adventures Close to Home say:

Adventures Close To Home bring their first event to 93 showcasing a whole lot of fresh new talent. CSS are a brand new signing to Sub Pop - five exuberant, sassy Brazilian senhoras and one moustachio'ed drummer. With their debut album, 'Cansei de Ser Sexy' they've blessed us with the freshest pop-punk-funk collision since ESG, but this time with some choruses and stuff in there too... Debut single 'Lets make Love and Listen to Death From Above' is already an ACTH anthem, so we're really proud to be hosting their DEBUT LONDON SHOW!

Equally as exciting is the mighty PROFESSOR GREEN - Mike Skinner's new protégé, an MC who's spent the last few years making a name for himself by, well, winning 14 weeks at The Jump Off battles and triumphing in the UK championship at the Urban Music Festival. He's also toured with The Streets, came second in the World B-Boy Championships, produced one of the smartest, funniest mixtapes we've heard in donkeys, and is working on his debut. Expect some funny, funny sh*t. And starting things off, our new favourite electro duo SHAKES, who you may have seen play for us at the Old Blue in June. Currently at the centre of an A&R feeding frenzy, check them out nice an' err-lee, see?

£6 advance and on the door until 11pm / £7 after.

BBQ in the courtyard from 5pm!
