Adventure Weekend at Playland-Not-At-The-Beach! July 11, 2009

This is your chance to become Dora the Explorer or Indiana Jones! The Museum of Fun will be all decked out for explorers to use their trusty maps, a flashlight, a compass and a list of clues to find their way through a maze of unusual puzzles. As individuals or families enter Playland, you will spin the wheel of fortune and be assigned a set of adventures. Some areas are designed for young explorers who will be crawling through hidden fortresses; other puzzles will require deductive reasoning. Every explorer will receive a special commemorative button recognizing their bravery, cleverness and sense of humor. Don't miss the fun -- one weekend only!
Have you ever wanted to journey to the North Pole? Spend the night in a Haunted House? How about sail with pirates or run away and join the circus? You can do all these things and more without ever having to leave the Bay Area! Every great Adventure has at least one mystery to solve, and this weekend we’ve designed a really fun, challenging test for explorers of all ages! We promise that this Mystery will test your Adventuring skills to their fullest !
