Advanced Magic with Heather Rogers at Playland-Not-At-The-Beach!

By popular acclaim Heather Rogers returns to teach Advanced Magic on Tuesday, August 18th. You do not need to have taken course #1 to take #2. The Advanced Magic course includes all the materials you will need to perform these magical effects:

IMAGINE
...making 2 rubber bands visibly melt through each other ~
...making a coin appear using beautiful sleight of hand magic ~
...plucking 2 selected cards from the center of the pack in one throwing motion ~
...performing a mind reading prediction
...making a dice change its spots
...matches visibly penetrating through each other just inches from sight
...blowing out a candle on a signed business card, making the flame change to a wisp of smoke
...tying two straws into a big knot, blowing on them and making them melt through each other
...making a selected card change color while sitting by itself on a table top.

Course #2 is $25 (including all materials), or you can take Course #1 ($20) and Course #2 ($25) for just $40. If you missed Course #1 (it was sold out), it will be repeated on Wednesday, August 19th. Students must be at least 7 years old.
Each class begins at 6:00 PM and goes until 8:00 PM, but you are then welcome to stay and play at Playland-Not-at-the-Beach for another hour until 9:00 PM! All 25+ pinball machines will be on free play and you can win prizes in the carnival games.
Heather Rogers -- As a magical educator, she has taught magic at Playland-Not-at-the-Beach previously and has been on the faculty of several organizations including: Children's Fairyland, Girl Scouts of America, Presidio Hill Middle School, Oakland's Clown Mobile, and Edna Bruer Summer Camp. Additionally, she was hired as a consultant by the SF Main Library to teach magical effects to the Children's Librarians.
