110 West 14th Street (at Lonsdale, faces the Civic Plaza)
North Vancouver, British Columbia

BIFF (Burrard Inlet Fan Fellowship, a weekly meet-up of science fiction & fantasy fans) is holding a seminar on advanced costuming this Friday evening, presented by Looch, from Act One theatrical makeup and dance supplies on Robson Street. (If you were at the Hats Off Day street celebration in Burnaby Heights in June, you might have seen Looch as Darth Vader.)

No prior experience with costuming necessary. If you're interested, or even just curious, about costumes and costuming, feel free to drop by and join the group. The seminar is free (just cover the cost of your own food and drink at the restaurant).

TIME: 6:30 pm till end (about 9:30 pm); seminar starts around 7:30-8:00

COST: Free to attend (though BIFF has an informal agreement with the restaurant that everyone who attends will order something)

RSVP: Not necessary; just show up. This is a regular Friday gathering. BIFF is the group in the section to the right of the front door after you enter.

About BIFF: Burrard Inlet Fan Fellowship is a weekly Friday informal gathering in North Vancouver for people who are fans of science fiction, fantasy, or things related, no matter how casual the interest.
