Adobe AIR w/ Flex, Flash & HTML/AJAX April 26, 2008

This workshop is a guided tour through programming for the Adobe AIR runtime using HTML/AJAX, Flash or Flex. AIR is new runtime from Adobe which supports applications authored using any combination of HTML/AJAX, Flash or Flex. More powerful than either browsers or Flash Player, AIR integrates Flash Player with APIs for interacting directly with native operating systems, plus includes an embedded KHTML browser and and embedded SQL database. Students will receive a link to a copy of workshop notes, as well as dozens of sample source files.

Who This Class Is For: For any developers with experience with HTML/AJAX, Flash, or Flex who are looking to enhance their existing skills.
