Registered participants will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please ensure that the correct e-mail address is provided for all registrants.
If you are purchasing a ticket as a surprise gift for someone, please enter your own e-mail address for that person (so that the confirmation will go to you), and contact us at [email protected] to let us know that this is to be a surprise.
Registration is not confirmed until payment or P.O. # is received. Seating is limited, so seats will be confirmed on a first-paid basis.
Cancellations received by the deadline date will be refunded, less a $10 administrative fee. Cancellations received after that date are not refundable.

Due to allergies and scent sensitivities, wehave been specifically requested toprovide a scent-free environment.Please do not wear any scented products to this event.
You can pay by credit card orcheque or request to be invoiced. If you would like to be invoiced, you must fill in a P.O. #. Please make cheques payable to "East Coast Admins, IAAP, and send to Donna Rodgers-Grouchy at Fisheries & Oceans Canada, PO Box 5667, St. John's NL A1C 5X1.
