Acrylic painting demonstration and workshop October 28, 2006

Acrylic painting isn't confined to working with just brushes and canvasses anymore! At our free demonstration, you'll learn how to use acrylic paints and gels on other surfaces besides canvas and using other tools other than brushes. Free samples will be available courtesy of Golden Artist Colors.

The demo meets Saturday, October 28, from 10am-noon. It is free, but advance registration is required: call the BAC at 617-566-5715.

You can stick around for our afternoon workshop, from 1-4 pm, where you can try the techniques demonstrated in the morning lecture for yourself, and make your own painting tools and create unique textures and effects. All materials will be supplied by Golden Artist Colors. Workshop tuition is $40. To register for the workshop, call the BAC at 617-566-5715.
