Although, this hike will be at the usual 'Fat Sunday' leisurely 'let's smell the roses' pace, it is considered an INTERMEDIATE level hike and not recommended for beginners. It is not quite so mamby pamby, so you should bring appropriate gear, layered clothing and good shoes with plenty of traction. Also, water and a snack. Midway we'll stop for bagels and cream cheese...(provided by your friendly hiking host!)

BRING: Good hiking footwear, layers, water, snack, sunglasses, sunblock and most important carbo up!!! There will be nothing to grab at our meeting place.

AFTER THE HIKE ......We'll meet back at CITY BEACH to quench our thirst and hunger pains.
