Absynth Quartet March 17, 2006

The Absynth Quintet captures the essence of cutting edge acoustic music, landing somewhere on the infinite spectrum between jazz and bluegrass. Their music defies definition, at times hinting at gypsy jazz, and at other moments leading the listener on a rich, seamless, musical odyssey. The Absynth Quintet consists of 5 accomplished players on guitar, mandolin, banjo, upright bass and drums.
