Mom and Me yoga (7 mts to 2 yrs)
Classes have started and we have noticed if you don't mind your babies running around you or just looking at you and giggling and smiling, while you are getting back in shape, You will have a wonderful workout, make new friends and feel happy and relaxed at the end of these 45 mintues...

Classes are geared towards Moms gentle/beginner yoga while involving the babies when they feel like joining us...

Don't miss it Come and take a trial to see if you and your baby like it.
We just enjoy their giggles and laughs around us.

Time 4 pm to 4.45 pm
