(this program is coming from authentic Indian teacher who has learned traditional yoga practices for adults and children from India and brings wonderful age old time tested methods not found anywhere aroun--for a better life style)

Fall sessions will be for 8 weeks or 10 weeks
Day and time: Tuesday evenings 5 pm to 6 pm
Location: Rockaway gymnastics in Rockaway NJ
Pricing: $15.00 per class (Total $120.00 for 8 week session)

Bring your own yoga mat
Do not eat any foods atleast 1and a half hour before class
wear loose and comfortable clothing
