About the Speaker:

Mr. Lee Preston Jr. is the President of the Upper Patuxent Archaeology Group as well as the Friends of the Patapsco Female Institute, and has been an adjunct Physical Anthropology and Archeology instructor at Howard Community College since 1985. He has conducted archaeological research since 1978 at a number of prehistoric and historic sites in Howard County and has received the William B Marye Award for his outstanding contributions to Maryland archeology in 1996 and the Patricia Seitz Archaeology Teacher of the Year Award
