A BandHouse Gigs Tribute to The Band’s Last Waltz will present a very special night of music, paying tribute to the Band’s historic 1976farewell concert. That show featured a full set of music by The Band as well as guest appearances from other great artists who influenced and performed with The Band during their career. As with the original concert, this show will also include songs by Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Joni Mitchell, Eric Clapton, Van Morrison, Dr. John, Ronnie Hawkins, and Muddy Waters.

BandHouse Gigs is DC area’s premier producer of one-of-a-kind tribute concerts, bringing together scores of acclaimed local and regional acts to perform works drawn from iconic artists and influential musical movements. Past concerts have included tributes to Paul Simon, Woodstock, Allen Toussaint, the British Invasion, and Stevie Wonder among others held at Strathmore, Wolf Trap, Rams Head, and The Fillmore.

The Last Waltz directed by Martin Scorsese is considered one of the finest concert films ever made. It has helped pass down the The Band’s music to future generations of listeners and performers. The Last Waltz was held on Thanksgiving Day, and the Clyde’s restaurant will offer a turkey dinner, just as the original audience received. Don’t miss this event.

PLEASE NOTE THE REGULAR LIVE MENU WILL NOT BE OFFERED THE NIGHT OF THE SHOW. YOUR TICKET INCLUDES A FULL TURKEY DINNER, COURTESY OF THE HAMILTON.
