A Toast to Spring
There's no better way to officially welcome spring than with a toast -- and no better place for a toast than The Tasting Room! Mark Friday, April 9 from 6 to 9 p.m. on your calendar for bubblies from Mountain Dome Winery and delectable reds from Camaraderie Cellars, served with American lamb and tapas-style plates prepared by Camaraderie Chef Steve Corson. Trained at the Culinary Institute of America, Steve will prepare American lamb and other spring-themed fare on -- what else? -- grilled toast from La Panier Bakery in the Market! Raised locally and across the U.S., American lamb is noted for its rich, mild flavor and pairs well with a variety of wines. All this for just $25 per person, or $40 per couple.
