Los Angeles, CA (July 6, 2010) - Heart-on-the-sleeves Rock is what Sony/Integrity Music artist John Mark McMillan does best and it's his bluesy voice and well crafted lyrics that have brought this singer/songwriter to heightened popularity with his latest release, THE MEDICINE, debuting TODAY and currently at #3 on the iTunes Rock Chart, among Jack Johnson, Brandon Boys, Mumford & Sons and Avenged Sevenfold. THE MEDICINE also appears at #15 on the overall chart, among 3OH!3, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse Score, Kelis and Glee: The Music and continues to climb. Currently, McMillan is on a national tour to share his soulful sound and collection of unique, spiritually minded, rock songs throughout the country.

THE MEDICINE, McMillan's third album, features new songs and bonus material. This intriguing, musically compelling and intensely in-depth project shares deep lyrics expressing McMillan's soul and personal life journey. Through his lyrics, McMillan takes listeners through a story of emotions.
