A Midsummer Night's Rave, Pt II August 24, 2007

We threw a party with The Presets at the same last year, and it was one of the most incredible, sweaty nights of our lives. So we're doing it again, on the Bank Holiday weekend (except this time with air conditioning).

We've invited our buddy J.G Wilkes from Glasgow's legendary club OPTIMO down to play. His other half Twitch played the club in 2005, and we've been meaning to ask him to visit us for a long time. He is a superb DJ and worked with Twitch on the recent Walkabout compilation, raved about from all quarters in the press. TRAMP residents play before and after.

Boxcutter, from the legendary Planet Mu, peforms live in Room 2, with his trademark skewed take on dubstep, interspersed with live guitar, effects and improvisations. Support in Room 2 comes from our long time buddy, Bane, who spends his days behind the counter at Eastern Bloc, playing dubstep/drum&bass/whatever, performing using 2 interlinked effects units.

So all in all, it's going to be a special one!
