A Meditation Navigation July 8, 2007

On Sunday, July 8th 6:00-7:00 PM, a Nimatullahi darvish will be presenting a meditation navigation at the Nimatullahi House of Sufism. Included will be question and answer, guided meditation and a exploration of meditative health benefits. All are welcome to bring friends and family. The event is free and open to all.
