“A Low Country Southern Thanksgiving.” Tuesday, November 13, 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm. $65 per person. Thanksgiving is Lisa’s favorite holiday and recreating the feast from her childhood in Charleston, S.C. still evokes memories of laughter, great Southern food, and tag football in the yard to burn up those calories! Baskets of Martha White squishy yeast rolls with tupelo honey butter, andouille sausage corn pudding, harvest roasted turkey with Jerusalem artichoke relish, grandkid’s “gotta have it” sweet potato soufflé finished off with her grandmother’s roasted apple mincemeat pie & bourbon cream. The South isn’t famous for its wine (yet) so a lovely French pinot noir paired with the turkey usually fits the bill! Please visit our website at www.pomegranatebistro.com for more information. Reservations are strongly recommended for this event. Please contact us at 425-881-3250 to reserve your space today.
