A Green Fair With a Jewish Flair: An Afternoon of Green Living and Learning

Sunday, April 18th, 2:00pm - 5:30pm at Congregation Beth David, 19700 Prospect Road, Saratoga, CA 95070

HAZAK, an educational and social group for adults over 50, invites you to an afternoon of green learning, study, & dialogue. Learn with experts
including an architect, environmental consultants, energy experts, and others.

• Engaging study sessions including:
o Climate change demystified.
o Jewish environmental values and the natural world.
o Understanding energy choices (Is nuclear bad? Is solar good?)
o Green design.
• How can I live a life of comfort & be environmentally responsible?
• Solar demonstrations (including popcorn treats powered by a solar array).
• Green living products.
• An animated short film that will make you smile and think.
