In honor of musical theatre legend Stephen Sondheim's 80th birthday, the Mad Cow Theatre presents 'A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum' This Roman musical farce centers on the incredibly inventive and elaborate machinations of the slave Pseudolus. It's an accelerating whirl of mixed identities, swinging doors, double takes, outrageous puns and gags that will keep you laughing all the way home. Winner of tons of Tony Awards including Best Musical, featured songs include 'Comedy Tonight,' 'Love, I Hear,' 'Free' and 'The House Of Marcus Lycus.'
