A Farewell Fire is a Long Island-based hardcore band. Formed in rural Connecticut and starting out as a manic-paced skacore band, the group has since transformed into a much more experimental outfit that uses a framework of modern hardcore/metal to bring in such diverse influences as jazz, grind, ska, reggae, punk and anything else they can think of.
