A Clearing in the Forest: the Dream Ballet Workshop June 26, 2010

The Central Park Conservancy celebrates the Park's vibrant woodland habitats by welcoming American Ballet Theatre teaching artists to share the beauty of a woodland-inspired dance amidst the natural beauty of the Park- 'Explore The Dream,' choreographer Sir Frederick Ashton's one-act ballet based on Shakespeare's 'A Midsummer Night's Dream,' through specially-designed storytelling, craft activities, and basic ballet instruction. No dance experience necessary - just bring comfortable shoes, a bottle of water, and good humor!
