Despite her recent farewell concert at Carnegie Hall, Frederica von Stade, one of the pre-eminent mezzo-sopranos of our time, has a full agenda ahead. We will hear from Flicka about her ongoing work in concert recitals and operatic vehicles created for her, and her efforts on behalf of inner-city children in the San Francisco Bay area.
