9th Annual Richmond History Makers Celebration October 15, 2013

The Valentine Richmond History Center launched Richmond History Makers in 2005 to annually recognize, honor, and celebrate those everyday citizens and outstanding organizations that are making significant contributions to the greater Richmond region.

The 9th Annual Richmond History Makers Program pays tribute to everyday citizens and outstanding organizations that make significant contributions to the greater Richmond region. The 2013 program is presented by Dominion.

The public is invited to help celebrate the five winners of the 2013 History Makers award at this gala event on Tuesday, October 15, 2013. History Makers are selected for excellence in the categories of Creating Quality Educational Opportunities, Demonstrating Innovative Solutions, Improving Social Justice, Promoting Stronger Communities and Encouraging Regional Collaboration.

Reservation, at $40, includes heavy hors d'oeuvres, open bar, valet parking and the awards program.

The reservation deadline is October 11th at 12:00pm. We will gladly accept walk-up guests beginning at 5:00pm on the day of the event.
