"95-7 Presents...The Memorial Day Weekend Comedy Explosion" will feature five of the funniest comedians in the country, Rodney Perry (co-host the Monique Show), Big Sean Larkins, Rodman, Michael Blackson (the African King of Comedy), and Earthquake.

Washington D.C.'s own comedian Earthquake born Nathaniel Stroman has carved quite a unique audience for himself. He's captured the attention of popular media icons Howard Stern and Bill Maher, he's maintained his moniker as the 'comedian's favorite comedian,' and he's reigned an all time comic favorite shaking up audiences with his high brow-common sense rhetoric as one of the most sought after comedians on the national entertainment circuit…hence appropriately named, Earthquake.

Perry currently serves as co-host on BET’s “The Mo’Nique Show” where he provides laughs alongside comedienne Mo’Nique five nights a week. For four seasons, Perry has served as cohost and Man On The Street for TV One’s comedy competition, Bill Bellamy’s “Who’s Got Jokes.” He’s also appeared on HBO’s “Def Comedy Jam,” BET’s “Comic View,” Showtime’s “Jamie Foxx’s Laffapalooza,” Starz network’s “Martin Lawrence Presents First Amendment Comedy,” E! Network’s “Chelsea Lately” and Byron Allen’s “Comics Unleashed.” On the big screen, Perry will join Tyler Perry and a host of stars in Tyler Perry’s upcoming film “Madea’s Big Happy Family” (April 2011). Rodney has also teamed up with Tony Rock in the film “The Last Laugh” a drama about comedy. In addition to his nightly role on the Monique Show Perry constantly tours with his sidesplitting stand-up act. He is currently gearing up to shoot his first comedy special “Rodney Perry All the Way LIVE”.

Sean has made a name for himself by hustling and grinding in the “Chitlin’s” Circuit throughout Georgia and the Southeast Region. Sean “Big Sean” Larkins got his break with his first of six appearances on BET’s ComicView in 98’. Sean went on to do several other national television appearances which includes Russell Simmons HBO Def Comedy Jam, P. Diddy’s Bad Boys of Comedy, and finalists on TV One’s Who’s Got Jokes. All of which garnered the attention of the producers of The Mo’nique Show where he was invited to perform and sit on the couch to be interviewed by Oscar Award Mo’nique.

Comedian RodMan is truly a gem in the World of Standup Comedy today. Gifted with a unique delivery, his voice captures audiences’ attention immediately. Throw in his laid back style, that southern charm and wit and the ability to find the funny in everyday life, and you have the ingredients for a future Comedy Star in the making.

Michael Blackson hasbeen called one of the most original stand up comics in the country and his performances leave audiences laughin in tears. Michael Blackson, aka "The African King of Comedy" has been entertaining audiences all across the country and around the globe for more than a decade and is inspired by the stand up comedy of Eddie Murphy.
