8th Bay Area Bathukamma Festival October 14, 2012

Telangana Cultural Association will be celebrating its 8th Bathukamma celebrations in Ortega Park Sunnyvale. Bathukamma which is popularly known as Festival of Flowers in US is a festival that is celebrated in Grandeur in Telangana region of Andhra Pradesh. The festival known for its rich cultural heritage and also belief among women that it will carry blessings of goddess for long, prosperous life.

LAUNCH is arranged.

Like previous years, this year also Telangana Cultural Association will be organizing workshop to learn Bathukamma making and play . The workshop will be held in Satyanarayana Swamy Temple, 473-479 Los coches St, Milpitas, CA on 13th October from 6 PM to 10 PM. The workshop is intended to teach Bathukamma making and learning for kids.
