For the entire family! The Richmond Air Force Kite Club, in cooperation with Henrico County Division of Recreation and Parks, is hosting its eighth annual Kite Festival at Dorey Park. Activities include children's contests and games, demonstrations, kite flying lessons, and much more! Concessions will be available. Free. Rain date Mar 12th
