4000 Block of MacArthur Avenue
Richmond, Virginia 23227

Get a head start on the spirit of the season by bringing an unwrapped toy to the 8th Annual Christmas on MacArthur. Last year Christmas on MacArthur donated about 2,700 toys to Toys for Tots making it the largest single contributor in the Richmond area to the Marine Corps annual toy drive. We hope to exceed that number this year.

This year’s event will be held Saturday Dec 8th from noon to 4:00 pm in the 4000 block of MacArthur Avenue in the historic neighborhood of Bellevue on Richmond’s North Side. And it’s a holiday feast for the senses.

Join us for a day of family fun that begins with a parade featuring the Holton Elementary School Choir, Band and Orchestra, along with a performance by Minds in Motion and Benedictine's Pipe and Drum Corps and Color Guard.
Watch a long parade of alpacas, fire trucks, floats, classic cars, the Richmond mounted police, the Virginia State Police, the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, Richmond firefighters, the Metro Richmond Emerald Society color guard and bagpipers, the ACCA Shriners, and, of course, a visit from St. Nick, who will then be on hand to listen to every child’s Christmas wishes. So kids, bring your wish lists with you.

There will also be scores of vendors selling their handmade arts and crafts. And all the Bellevue merchants and restaurateurs along MacArthur Avenue will be offering something special for their guests.
Kids, make sure to bring an unwrapped toy and automatically register to win one of six brand new bikes! It’s all to benefit Toys for Tots—to make sure everyone gets something under their tree on Christmas morning. That’s what Christmas on MacArthur is all about.
