1700 Alum Rock Ave
San Jose, California 95116

Celebrating the life and work of César Chávez, this event is a unique celebration of diversity and social consciousness. The Plaza invites the public, its civic leaders, community leaders and public servants, our friends and the family of César Chávez to the Seventh Annual César Chávez Memorial Breakfast. The Mexican Heritage Plaza is located in the heart of the richly multicultural eastside of San José, on the very spot where César Chávez once led the members of the United Farm Workers on a grape boycott outside a Safeway store. There can be no better location for friends to gather to celebrate Chávez's legacy.

Key Note Speaker: Dolores Huerta, co-founder with César Chávez of the National Farm Workers Association (later the United Farm Workers Union.)
