PARTNER YOGA / Discover Yoga on the BEACH, followed by mingle with singles at the
BEACH HUT
I'm sure you have heard, Yoga- is a great way to get started exercising again, reduces stress, increases blood flow/
circulation, flexibility... well you get the idea. We will learn and do some "Vinyasa" style yoga teamed together with partners! Later, mingle at the Beach Hut with live band and watch the sunset on the Great South Bay.
***Bring your own mat and blanket***
