7 in Heaven's Singles Rock Climbing ALL AGES/Skills February 19, 2012

Rock Climbing is an excellent fun way to get / stay fit and make new single friends! This will be an introduction to the sport with walls to climb for every ability. One and 1/2 hours of supervised climbing one instructor for every 6 persons signed up. Learn about partner "Belaying", safety, tie knots and more. After the event is over, enjoy your accomplishments together with hot chocolate, coffee / refreshments.
WHAT TO WEAR
SNEAKERS a must for all Ladies- leggings or sweat pants, T-shirts, tank tops or sports bras
Men - sweats or long shorts

COST is 39.00 includes supervised lesson in small groups, 1 1/2 hr climbing time, all equipment needed
