7 in Heaven's Fall Nature Walk ~ Twin Lakes Preserves November 13, 2011

Starting at 12pm Fall Nature Walk, of 3 or more miles on dirt paths of preserve.
PACK LUNCH with WATER- Picnic near car on the grounds after walk. Bring blanket or chair.
DRESS in LAYERS to stay warm, or then peel off a layer if you warm up walking.
About this place :
58-acre preserve features 5 fresh water ponds and extensive sections of wet woodlands. Many Bird watchers and Fresh water Fishermen frequent this park.

Level of difficulty-*NO paved paths, some areas are very narrow, uneven and can be challenging about about 2 to 3 miles

WHERE TO MEET: Take the Wantagh State Parkway south to Exit W5 (Sunrise Highway) west. At the first traffic light make a right onto Old Mill Road. Go past one stop sign and make a right onto Park Avenue. Park on the south side of the road. No fees to park
