Discover Scuba is a program lead by an experienced instructor who will introduce non divers to Scuba in a safe, controlled, and enjoyable environment in their heated indoor swimming pool. The program starts with a short classroom session where participants are given an orientation to breathing underwater as well as a few skills commonly used by divers. Then participants will be taken into the pool for some fun practice with scuba gear under the supervision of a very experienced Padi instructor. Liability release and medical questionnaire form must be completed when you arrive. Bring a bathing suit & towel. LI Scuba will supply all equipment needed for the Scuba lesson in the pool.
* Parents may bring children over the age of ten for lessons.
