The Cherry Blossom Festival will be on April 1 st & 2nd, 2006 at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA. This prestigious event is produced by RYOMA, founded in 2002 for the purpose of administering cultural events to bridge generations and expose the mainstream population to various diverse cultural arts. We donate 100 ?Pink Cloud? Cherry Trees to the City of Pasadena yearly and to date 400 ?Pink Cloud? cherry trees have been planted in the city as part of their beautification program. The event celebrates its 5th year and has become one of the most impressive multi-cultural events in southern California. Attendance has grown from a few thousand in 2002 to 20,000 in 2004. In 2005, the festival moved from Victory Park to its new home at the Rose Bowl. Attendance was at 10,000 reflected on the move of the festival and the unfortunate death of the Pope on the Saturday of our event.
