5Rhythms' Dance October 22, 2010

5Rhythms' dance is expressive, freeing and an enjoyable exercise. There are no steps or choreography to learn and students are encouraged to move within their own limits of fitness.

Classes run weekly until December.

There will be no classes on 5th and 12th November.

This class is well established and beginners are very welcome.
