Mud. Obstacles. Running. Starting to sound all too familiar? You've probably heard of mud runs before. In fact, one of the hottest new crazes in the racing circuit is dirty runs with hundreds of races popping up across the country.

But have you ever dreamed about what it would be like to race on foot through a giant car wash? Maybe you pictured yourself entering with mud up to your Adam's apple and then dodging through obstacles to emerge covered in suds. We have!!! And we've thought what elements would make the most amazing adventure race on the planet.

A 5k where you run through foam of course. Imagine all the fun of a mud run combined with foam and watery obstacles for an experience that is a lot like running through a giant car wash for dirty humans. As soon as you walk out the door of your car you'll notice that this is no ordinary race.

It's not the killer music or the fact that almost everyone is dressed in ridiculous yet awesome costumes. The difference is that everyone is smiling. That's right. Everyone is smiling at a 5k race. We know what you're thinking, when did running equal fun? We admit smiling and racing don't usually go hand in hand, but the 5k Foam Fest is an amazing mix of pre-race activities and race obstacles that reminds you that fitness can be fun. The race is a festival of foamy fun so be sure to come early and bring your friends and family.
