The workshops are presented by husband-and-wife team Charles and Margaretha. Charles is a Vintner of the City of London. He has a WSET diploma and many years of experience in the wine trade. Margaretha, a retired medical doctor, grew up in South Africa and flies back once a year to stock up on the best that the Stellenbosch and Franschoek vineyards has to offer. She specialises in New World wines, the health benefits of wine and food and wine matching. The local vignerons, passionate about the ever increasing quality of their wines, generously contribute their time and enthusiasm to these unique wine courses.
