4th of July 'Sailabration' July 4, 2012

Spend the Fourth of July on the river and support Community Boating at the same time! Watch the fireworks and Boston Pops concert by the river or from a boat at Community Boating!

Your admission includes access to the Community Boating dock facility and seating on the dock or aboard one of our many sailboats. (Lifejackets are required to be worn by anyone under the age of 18 while on a boat; lifejackets will be provided.) Enjoy the feast from our caterer b.good who will make delicious and healthy hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chicken breast sandwiches, potato salad, and all the fixings. Water and soda as well as ice-cream and smoothies will also be served. (NO alcoholic beverages are allowed.) Enjoy the sights and sounds of the Boston Pops concert from our DJ's sound-system as well as with TWO! Jumbotron projection TV's. Games and treats for kids of all ages including face-painting, photo-booths and more! And did we mention unobstructed views of the fireworks? Please join us for this patriotic, family-friendly fundraiser on the docks of the River Charles in 2012. This annual fundraising event helps to support our charitable youth and accessible sailing programs.

Community Boating is located on the Boston side of the Charles River Esplanade by the Longfellow Bridge, a short walk from the Charles/ MGH T-stop on the MBTA Red Line.
