4th Annual West Side County Fair September 17, 2006

Riverside Park South hosts the 4th Annual West Side County Fair on Sunday, September 17th from 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm. This free, family-friendly festival featuring carnival rides and games, a petting zoo, the NYC Greenmarket farmer's market, stolling performers, pony rides, live music, great food, and arts & crafts.

Mister Mystical Magical Monty will emcee this afternoon extravagnza of interactive entertainment. Dance along to live music by Oran Etkin and the New Orleans All-Stars, Jan Bell and the Cheap Dates and the Bosco Stompers. "Do-si-do" your partner with square dance callers Dot and Don Coy and enjoy strolling performances and sideshow entertainment from Mr. Pennnygaff and Philomena of the Bindlestiff Family Cirkus, comedian/juggler Will Shaw and stiltwalker Brenn Swanson.

Sample some baked goodies from Grandaisy Bakery and Whole Earth Bakery & Kitchen, indulge in some kettle corn from Dale & Thomas, or enjoy traditional carnival treats like cotton candy and hot pretzels.
