Prime – An American Kitchen and Bar at Huntington Harbor is the host location for the fourth annual Huntington Has Taste event on Tuesday, June 21 from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. with rain date of Tuesday, June 28. Advance tickets are $55 each or $65 at the door. Tickets may be purchased at participating Huntington boutiques (The Pink Link, Francine’s Fashion Boutique, Lina’Z and Ooh La La of Huntington Village and Veronica Rayne of Northport) or via www.restaurantprime.com. The night of fashion, food and fun, which in past years has gathered hundreds of guests, is designed to encourage support of local Huntington boutiques such as hair salons, cosmetics and fashion retailers. Their wares are adorned by models walking down Prime’s boardwalk which will double as a red carpet fashion show runway. Guests will also enjoy hors d’oeuvres by Prime’s Executive Chef Gregg Lauletta to be savored along with views of the sunset over Huntington Harbor from the restaurant’s elegant deck. Gift bags from the area’s finest merchants will be available.

A raffle and silent auction will benefit Long Island Cares, The Harry Chapin Food Bank (www.licares.org) whose mission is to bring together all available resoruces for the benefit of the hungry on Long Island to accomplish its vision: “A Hunger-Free Long Island.”
