46th Regional Puerto Rican Day Parade 2008 September 28, 2008

Philadelphia's Puerto Rican Day Parade is the "Crown Jewel" of the Puerto Rican Festival. Expected attendance is 10,000. We will meet at the southwest corner of 20th St. & Ben Franklin Parkway, outside the Franklin Institute, and register voters. Volunteer shifts are 11am-2pm, 2pm-5pm, and 5pm-8pm. Training in voter registration as well as clipboards and other materials will be provided.
