Don’t miss the 44th Annual Maple Sugar Festival! Welcome the wonders of spring with traditional favorites and surprising new additions!

Start the day with delicious pancakes smothered in real maple syrup! Walk along a wooded trail with a KNC Naturalist for a maple sugar tour. Enjoy seeing our mighty Birds of Prey and meet the newest team members, Eastern Screech-Owls! The whole family will enjoy the wacky Springtime Variety Show. Games and activities will be set up throughout the Interpretive Center.
Visit the DeLano Homestead for a horse-drawn wagon ride, a tour of the 1858 farm house, tasty ice cream with maple syrup on top, and a talk with a pioneer sugar maker. Hiking spree participants can earn a new pioneer medallion for completing the hike to the sugar camp. New this year: We’ll be collecting treasured maple recipes for a new cookbook. Our efforts to be more sustainable are continuing with recyclable and compostable dishes for all food service. Celebrate spring by attending the 44th Annual Maple Sugar Festival! The proceeds from this yearly fundraiser support KNC programs!
