4-H Western Regional Horse Communications March 13, 2009

Regional Horse Communications is a Cornell Cooperative Extension 4-H skills competition for youth in the western region of New York State. 4-H members ages 9-19 will compete for the possible to advance to the state Horse communications event May 16, 2009.
