Tickets for the spring 3OH!3 and Motion City Soundtrack concert at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, will go on sale beginning Monday, Feb. 28. The show takes place at 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 14, in the college’s Junker Center.

3OH!3, pronounced “three oh three” in tribute to the telephone area code for Boulder, Colo., is an electropop duo best known for the singles “Don’t Trust Me” and “My First Kiss” featuring Ke$ha. Five days after playing at Penn State Behrend, 3OH!3 performs three shows in Brazil, followed by an 18-date tour of Europe that will include stops in Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Punk-pop band Motion City Soundtrack has toured almost constantly since forming in 1997, playing numerous legs of the Vans Warped Tour, at the Reading and Leeds Festival in Britain and Soundwave in Australia, on the Nintendo Fusion and Honda Civic tours, and at Houston’s Buzzfest. MCS’s touring partners have included Fall Out Boy, Blink-182, All-American Rejects, Metro Station and Panic at the Disco. The band’s four studio albums have sold almost 600,000 copies.

Tickets for the 3OH!3/Motion City Soundtrack performance cost $20 for Penn State Behrend students, $25 in advance, and $30 at the door, if available. All tickets are general admission seating.

Beginning at 8 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 28, tickets may be purchased one of three ways: in person at the Office of Student Activities desk located on the ground floor of the Reed Union Building, over the phone with a credit card, or online. Phone orders can be placed with the Office of Student Activities at 814-898-6171. The $20 discounted tickets for Penn State Behrend students must be purchased in person, and no more than two tickets are available per student ID.
