that is a hundred times more primal and exciting than you could

BEARS & BRIGHT LIGHTS (New Jersey / We started
Bears this past summer (summer 2008, July to be exact) after Mike &
Zachs previous band split up. We were done with playing music that had
no creativity and driving force behind it. The 4 of us were so sick of
hearing every electro/garageband/screamo/jazz/funk/grind mess that was
coming out. We headed back to our roots. Bands we grew up on, had real
heart & emotion and that we found way more organic. With strong
influences from The Get Up Kids, Explosions In The Sky, and Jimmy Eat
World we all came together. It just fit. Everyones playing is growing
every time we sit down together.)
