The Capital Cabal presents 2nd Tuesday, a special networking event for all D.C. area techies, webbies, quasi-webbies, and smart business people who appreciate a smart crowd. We meet on Tuesday, May 11th from 5:30 to 9:00PM at the private lounge at Gua Rapo, 2039 Wilson Boulevard in Arlington’s Courthouse area.
