2nd GCC Executive Talent and Skills Shortage Summit April 15, 2008

Datamatix is pleased to announce the second edition of the GCC Executive Talent and Skills Shortage Summit on April 16, 2008.

The GCC region, home to some of the fastest expanding economies in the world, is experiencing double digit growth rates year after year. Traditionally, this oil rich region has been a popular destination for skilled and talented workers from all over the world, but certain recent global and regional developments are changing this equation, and a lack of home grown talent has created some challenging scenarios that need to be addressed carefully. A delayed or improperly planned response to the talent shortage can create havoc in the region’s plans for a diversified and non-oil dependant economy.

The program will be organized as a one day summit and will address some key issues related to the executive talent and skills shortage issues witnessed in the Gulf region.
